DMCA & Content Removal Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
Respect for rights
XSEXX respects copyright, privacy, and personal-image rights. We review complete removal notices and disable access to identified material when appropriate.
Submitting a notice
A notice should identify the protected work or personal content, provide the exact XSEXX URL, explain your authority to act, and include your full name and reliable contact details. Copyright notices should include good-faith and accuracy statements and a physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete or abusive reports
Requests that do not identify specific URLs or establish authority may be delayed. Knowingly false claims may create liability. Submit accurate reports through the platform’s designated reporting channel.
Third-party media
Some videos are embedded or linked from independent services. XSEXX can remove its listing, while erasing an underlying file may also require a request to the service controlling it.
Counter-notices
Affected publishers may submit a legally valid counter-notice where applicable. Content may be restored when permitted by law unless the claimant begins appropriate legal proceedings.
